摘要
我国教育事业的持续发展和提高需要更多更高质量的研究成果支持,也需要教育学科培养更多高层次的教育工作者,这是我国教育学科面临的重大机遇和挑战。面向未来,我国以原师范院校为基础的教育学科和改革开放之后非师范院校新建立的教育学科需要结合各自的基础和优势,合理定位,以满足社会需求和解决教育实践及理论问题为导向,妥善对待学科归属和学术地位的问题;广泛借鉴各学科方法和成果,切实提高教育科学研究水平并重视研究成果在教学管理实践中的推广应用,以跨学科、多学科的思路提升教育研究和人才培养水平,通过推进教育事业的发展实现学科价值。
The sustainable development and improvement of education needs more and more high-quality research results, as well as more high-level educators, which is the great opportunity and challenge for the discipline of education. Therefore, China' s educational disciplines based on normal colleges and universities and the newly established ones by the non-normal colleges and universities after the reform and opening up should properly deal with the problem of discipline ownership and academic status, by combining their own foun- dation and advantages with a reasonable position to meet social needs and orienting itself to solve educational practice and theoretical issues; besides, they should also take example by the methods and results of various disciplines, effectively improve the level of educational scientific research, value the promotion and application of its results in teaching management practice and enhance educational research and personnel training level with interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary ideas, finally achieving the discipline value by promoting the develop- ment of education.
