摘要
研究日粮蛋氨酸水平对不同品种肉鸡生产性能、器官指数及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡和1日龄青脚麻鸡(PS)各180只,按2×3因子分为6组,每组6重复,每重复10只,分别饲喂不同蛋氨酸水平的日粮:低蛋氨酸组(LM)前、后期蛋氨酸水平分别为0.35%、0.31%;正常蛋氨酸组(AM)分别为0.50%、0.44%;高蛋氨酸组(HM)分别为0.65%、0.57%。结果表明:与AA肉鸡相比,PS肉鸡前、后期及全期生产性能显著降低(P<0.05),21d和42d胸腺和法氏囊指数以及42d小肠指数均显著升高(P<0.05),21d血清尿素氮、葡萄糖、总胆固醇和42d血清尿素氮、总胆固醇显著升高(P<0.05),而42d甘油三酯显著降低(P<0.05)。与LM组相比,AM和HM使AA肉鸡前后期体重和日增重显著升高,PS肉鸡后期料重比显著降低(P<0.05);HM使AA肉鸡21d法氏囊指数、肝脏指数和42d胸腺指数及21d血清总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖含量显著升高(P<0.05),使PS肉鸡42d胸腺和小肠指数显著升高(P<0.05),但对PS肉鸡血清指标无显著影响。提高日粮蛋氨酸水平可改善肉鸡生产性能和器官发育,且对AA肉鸡的影响更大。
The effects of dietary methionine levels on growth performance, organ indexes and serum biochemical parameters of broilers with different strains were studied. A total of 180 one-day-old Arbor Acres (AA) chickens and 180 one-day-old partridge shank chicken (PS) were allocated to a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement with 6 replicates of 10 chickens, and fed a diet containing low (0.35% and 0.31% during starter and finisher period), adequate (0. 50% and 0.44%) and high (0. 65% and 0.57%) Met, respectively. The results showed that: compared with the AA broilers, the PS broilers had lower (P〈0.05) growth performance, higher thymus and bursa indexes at both 21 d and 42 d and higher small intestine index at 42 d(P〈0.05), as well as higher serum urea nitrogen, glucose, total cholesterol at 21 d and higher urea nitrogen, total cholesterol at 42 d(P〈0.05), but serum triglyceride was lower (P〈0.05); compared with the LM diets, the AM and HM di- ets increased body weight and average daily gain in the AA broilers and decreased finisher feed to gain ratio in the PS broilers (P〈0.05). The HM diets increased bursa and liver indexes at 21 d, thymus index at 42 d and total protein, albumin and glucose in serum at 21 d in the AA broilers (P〈0.05). For the PS broilers, thymus and small intestine indexes were increased by the HM diets (P〈0.05). In conclusion, increasing dietary Met improved broiler performance and organ development, which was more obvious in the AA broilers.
