甘蔗渣/废弃塑料复合刨花板力学性能影响因素的研究 被引量:1

Research on the Mechanical Properties of Sugarcane Bagasse/Waste Thermoplastics Composite Particleboard

摘要 以细条状废弃热塑性塑料和甘蔗渣为原料,制备甘蔗渣/塑料复合刨花板,研究板材密度、甘蔗皮含量、塑料形态、甘蔗渣/塑料质量比对复合刨花板力学性能的影响.结果表明:投料量与复合刨花板密度及其力学性能存在正相关;甘蔗皮对复合刨花板的力学性能有不良影响;当蔗渣/塑料质量比为90∶10时,用合适投料量和长度的塑料细条可以制备出静曲强度和弯曲弹性模量均达到GB/T 4897.3-2003要求的甘蔗渣/塑料复合刨花板;当甘蔗渣/塑料质量比为80∶20时,复合刨花板的力学性能最佳. The sugarcane bagasse/ thermoplastics composite particleboard were prepared using thin waste thermoplastics strips and sugarcane bagasse as raw materials. The influence of board density, sugarcane skin content, shape size of thermoplastics, and bagasse/thermoplastics mass ratio on the mechanical properties of composite particleboard were researched. The results show that the amount of raw materials has a positive correlation between density and the mechanical properties of the composite particleboard. The sugarcane skin has adverse effects on mechanical properties of composite particleboard. The bagasse/thermoplastic particleboard with its modulus of rupture and bending modulus of elasticity meeting the requirements of GB/T 4897.3 -2003 can be prepared by proper feeding dosage and suitable shape size of thin plastics strips when the bagasse/ plastic mass ratio is 90: 10. The mechanical properties of the composite particleboard are the best when the mass ratio of bagasse/ plastic is 80: 20.
