摘要
合成了四氢吡咯酰胺类催化剂,对微波促进下Biginelli反应进行了研究.研究表明,反应温度60℃,微波时间20 min,乙醇为溶剂,芳香醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯和尿素的物质的量比r=1.2∶1.0∶1.0,催化剂Ⅳ的用量10%mol,产率最高可达87%.催化剂循环使用3次,产率基本不变.该反应具有催化剂经济易得及用量少、反应条件温和、环境友好和操作简单等优点.
A microwave irradiation Biginelli reaction catalysized by pyrrole amide was developed. The reaction temperature was 60 ℃,microwave irradiation for 20 min,the molar ratio of aromatic aldehyde,ethyl acetoacetate and urea was 1. 2 ∶ 1. 0 ∶ 1. 0,10% mol of catalyst,the yield was up to 87%. The yield of remain stable after catalyst recycling for three times. The procedure was characte-rized by lower amount of inexpensive catalyst,mild reaction condition,environmentally benign and simplicity.
