改善小学生耐挫力的运动干预实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Resilience Exercise Interventions of Pupils

摘要 从现实需求出发,采用"运动式、参与式、体验式"的运动干预型实验教学,利用《青少年心理韧性量表》和半结构访谈对实验教学进行测评,通过为期3个月的实验,结果发现:运动式干预手段对小学生耐挫力品质的积极认知、情绪控制、人际协助、目标专注等维度的改善有明显效果,而对耐挫力品质的家庭支持维度没有产生显著效应.综合结果分析得出耐挫力品质是可以通过运动手段进行干预,且能取得较好的效果. Pupils' resilience level become the real problem that affect the healthy growth, and our government and the society also expects a research focus. This research station in reality the demand point of view. A new means to use the ' sports type, participatory, experiential' experiment teaching. Using the adolescent mental resilience scale and semi-structured interview were carried out on the experimental teaching evaluation. Through the three-month experiment, the results showed that: the movement type interventions for pupils' positive cognitive, emotional quality control, personal assistance, purpose focused were improved obviously, and resilience quality family support dimension did not produce obvious effect. To sum up, resilience quality can through movement type means to intervene, and has good effect of intervention.
