Map-reading skills of electrical device is the core of electric professional technical post skills, it is fit for power plants, substation electrical equipment design, installation, operation and maintenance working foundation too. In this paper, the technical staff of ZhaoPing hydroelectric power station transfers electrical devices map-reading skills training as a case, based on product research and development train of thought of the electric installation ＂three-step reading method＂ map-reading skills has carded on the thorough discussion.
