黑龙江省盐碱土主要分布在松嫩平原西部,其他地区分布较少。盐碱土中因含有大量有害离子,而抑制植物有生长,甚至不能生长,是区域内生态环境恶化,作物产量不高,制约农牧业经济发展的主要因素。作为重要的后备耕地资源,改良和利用盐碱地,对补偿日益减少的耕地、改善农牧业生态环境、提高区域作物产量、促进农牧业经济发展具有重要意义。
