广州市社区医务人员家庭医生式服务认知调查

Investigation on Community Medical Professional's Cognition of Family Doctor Service in Guangzhou City

目的:了解广州市社区医务人员对家庭医生式服务开展的认知及相关影响因素,为家庭医生式服务的发展与完善提供对策。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对广州市4个区社区卫生服务中心的295名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计和秩和检验,分析医务人员认知的影响因素。结果:实行家庭医生式服务后,社区医务人员对家庭医生式服务的了解率为87.1%,46.2%的医务人员认为家庭医生式服务推行不顺利;58.3%的医务人员表示工作量明显增加,87.8%的医务人员表示收入没有变化;单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、工龄、培训情况与家庭医生式服务的了解率有关联(均P<0.05);工龄、职称、培训情况与推行顺利程度的认知有关联(均P<0.05);不同岗位医务人员对家庭医生式服务的认知存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:提高各岗位医务人员对家庭医生式服务的认知、建立有效激励机制、加强人才队伍建设、完善配套政策措施,有助于家庭医生式服务在社区的可持续发展。

Objective： To know the situation of medical professional＇s cognition of family doctor service in Guangzhou City and provide countermeasures and suggestions for its improvement. Methods： 295 cases of community medical professionals were selected and surveyed with self-designed questionnaire in 4 communities of Guangzhou City. Results：87.1% of community medical profes- sionals knew family doctor service and 46.2% said family doctor service implementation was not smooth. After the implementation of family doctor service, 58.3% of the medical professionals said the workload increased significantly, 87.8% said the income did not change. Single factor analysis showed that gender, age, working years, training were related with their cognition （P〈0.05）, working years, title, training were related with their attitude of the family doctor service ＇s implementation （ P〈 0.05）, medical professionals on different positions for their cognition of the family doctor service were different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Improving the cognition of each position community medical professionals for the family doctor service, establishing an effective incentive mechanism, strengthening the construction of talent team, improving the supporting policies and measures could help the sustainable development of family doctor service.
