广州市某高校学生对器官捐献的认知、态度及意愿调查

Investigation on Cognition,Attitude and Willingness Toward Organ Donation Among Students of a University in Guangzhou City

目的:了解广州市某高校学生对器官捐献的认知、态度及捐献意愿,为学校开展器官捐献教育提供依据。方法:采用偶遇抽样的方法,对广州市某高校925名学生进行关于器官捐献认知、态度及意愿的问卷调查。结果:绝大多数大学生对器官捐献概念有所了解,但对器官捐献流程了解很少;大学生主要通过网络获取器官捐献知识;大学生对器官捐献普遍持积极态度,69.7%的大学生愿意在死后捐出器官;86.7%的大学生认为我国居民死后器官捐献行为不普遍的原因主要是受传统观念的影响;43.7%的大学生认为死后捐献器官者的家属应得到补偿。结论:应采取多种形式,不断加强对大学生器官捐献相关知识的教育,注重器官捐献知识的宣传,努力营造自愿捐献器官的良好氛围。

Objective： To investigate the cognition, attitude and willingness toward organ donation among students of a university in Guangzhou City, and provide basic for education about organ donation in universities. Methods： Using encounter sampling method, a total of 925 university students in Guangzhou were investigated by questionnaire. Results： Moststudents knew something about the concept of organ donation, but knew little about organ donation process. For university students, network was the main way to obtain the relevant knowledge of organ donation. The attitudes toward organ donation of the students were generally positive, and 69.7% of them Were willing to donate their organs after death.86.7% of the students thought that the action of organ donation was not common in China mainly because of traditional concepts.43.7% of the students thought that the donor families should be compensated. Conclusion： The universities should gradually strengthen education on organ donation through taking various forms. Besides, they should pay attention to the publicity of organ donation knowledge, and create good atmosphere of voluntary donor organs.
