摘要
为了研究动静触头槽口装配位置对真空灭弧室性能的影响,文中采用仿真计算和试验相结合的方法,对不同动静触头槽口装配位置的真空灭弧室性能进行了分析,得出了装配位置对磁感应强度和电弧形态的影响规律。当动静触头槽口错位45°装配时最大磁感应强度分别为63.71、64.31、64.18 mT,电弧尺寸比较小,电弧的运动比较稳定,电弧电压为36 V,开断性能更好。动静触头槽口错位45°装配有利于提高真空灭弧室开断性能。
To understand the effect of rabbet assembly position of moving and static contacts on perfor- mance of vacuum interrupter, simulation and experimental methods were employed to analyze the perfor- mance of a vacuum interrupter with different rabbet assembly position, and the effects of rabbet assembly position on magnetic flux density and arc pattern were obtained. The results showed that when the disloca- tion degree of rabbet was 45°, the maximum value of magnetic flux density was 63.71, 64.31 and 64.18 mT, respectively; the arc had smaller size, more stable movement, and the voltage of 36 V; and the interrup- tion performance of the vacuum interrupter was better. So it is concluded that the interruption performance of the vacuum interrupter can be improved at 45° dislocation of rabbet in assembly.
