摘要
为了分析双断口真空容性开断在断口非同期动作条件下的最佳燃弧时间,文中分析了双断口真空容性开断断口电压分布特性,研究了开断过程断口过电压计算表达式。采用电路原理分析方法,从理论上计算了不同燃弧时间下的断口过电压值。并对实际样机真空开断重燃特性进行了试验验证。基于理论计算结果及试验结果,给出了40.5 kV双断口真空永磁机构容性负载投切真空断路器燃弧时间参考值。
To reveal the optimal arcing time of a 40.5 kV double-break vacuum circuit breaker during capacitive interruption when two breaks function non-simultaneously, the voltage distribution characteristics between the two breaks during capacitive interruption were briefly discussed, and the mathematical expression of over-voltage was derived. The values of over-voltage between two breaks in different arcing time were calculated. And a laboratory test was performed on a real 40.5 kV double-break vacuum circuit breaker to verify its re-ignition characteristics during capacitive interruption. As a result, based on the theoretical and test results obtained in this study, the optimal arcing time of the 40.5 kV double-break vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet actuator during capacitive interruption is suggested.
