State Complex Evaluation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker Based on Grey Correlation Degree and TOPSIS Method

摘要 基于灰色关联度和TOPSIS法对真空断路器运行状态进行综合评估,根据真空断路器典型故障类型,构建由振动信号、真空度、电寿命、触头温度组成的评估指标体系,采用熵权法确定各项指标权重系数。通过样本与正理想解和负理想解的欧氏距离和灰色关联度描述样本与理想方案的贴近程度,综合灰色关联度和欧氏距离计算评估样本的相对贴近度,并据此对评估样本进行优劣排序。实例论证及与其他方法对比表明,该方法可以客观有效地评估真空断路器运行状态,为合理安排真空断路器检修计划以及指导真空断路器设备维修提供可靠参考。 An evaluation model for vacuum circuit breaker is established and TOPSIS method, and an evaluation index system, which consists of electrical endurance and contact temperature, is proposed considering based on grey correlation degree vibration signal, vacuum density, typical faults of vacuum circuit breakers. The entropy weight method is applied to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes. The Euclidean distances and grey correlation degrees are calculated to describe the closeness between the evaluating samples and the positive or negative ideal solutions, and the samples are ranked according to their calculated relative closeness. Results of data analysis for a case study show that the proposed method reflects the operating status of a vacuum circuit breaker objectively and effectively compared to other method, so it may provide a reference for maintenance planning and policy of vacuum circuit breaker.
