摘要 某浴池采用空气源热泵替代燃煤锅炉房制备洗浴热水。考虑发电厂的发电与输电效率,根据制备洗浴热水日耗热量,对空气源热泵与燃煤锅炉房的折算标准煤耗量进行理论计算,理论计算结果表明空气源热泵在燃料消耗量方面具备竞争优势。由实测数据计算得到的燃煤锅炉房实际折算标准煤耗量是理论计算结果的5.2倍,主要原因为理论计算按燃煤计算低位发热量进行,实际上燃用的燃煤并不能保证计算低位发热量,燃煤锅炉实际热效率也无法达到计算热效率。由实测数据计算得到的污染物排放量、运行费用表明,空气源热泵的环保性能、经济性更优。 A bathroom replaces coal-fired boiler room by air source heat pump to prepare bathing hot water. Considering the power generation and transmission efficiency of power plant, the converted standard coal consumptions of air source heat pump and coalfired boiler room are theoretically calculated according to the daily heat consumption for preparation of bathing hot water. The theoretical calculation results show that air source heat pump has competitive advantage in the fuel consumption. The actual converted standard coal consumption of coal-fired boiler room calculated from the measured data is 5.2 times that of the theoretical calculation results. The main reason is that the theoret- ical calculation is based on the calculation of net calorific value of coal, while the fired coal cannot actually guarantee the calculated net calorific value, and the actual thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers cannot reach the calculated thermal efficiency. The pollutant emissions and operating costs calculated from the measured data show that the air source heat pump has better environmental performance and economy.
