摘要
提出基于单螺杆膨胀机的天然气调压发电系统,基于热力学第一、第二定律建立调压发电系统的数学模型,利用Engineering Equation Solver软件编制数学模型的算法,通过数值方法研究天然气进气流量、调压后压力对系统性能的影响规律,对调压发电系统的经济性进行分析。结果表明,在单螺杆膨胀机天然气进出口压力一定的条件下,系统发电功率与系统火用效率随进气流量的增大先增大后减小;在单螺杆膨胀机天然气进口压力一定,进气流量一定的条件下,发电功率与系统火用效率随排气压力的增大而减小。
A natural gas pressure regulation and power generation system based on single screw expander is presented. A mathematical model of the pressure regulation and electricity generation system is built based on the first and the second law of thermodynamics. The algorithm of the mathematical model is compiled by Engineering Equation Solver software. The influence laws of natural gas inlet flow rate and the pressure after regulation of the system performance are studied by numerical method, and the economic efficiency of the system is analyzed. The results show that at given nature gas inlet and outlet pressure of single screw expander, the generation power and exergy efficiency of the system are first increased and then decreased with the increase of natural gas inlet flow rate. At given nature gas inlet pressure and given natural gas inlet flow rate of single screw expander, the generation power and exergy efficiency of the system are decreased with the increase of exhaust gas pressure.
