热激对荚蒾品种部分生理指标的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 以6种(品种)荚蒾为材料,研究了热激对其叶片相对电导率、相对含水量和可溶性总蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,耐热品种在热激条件下叶片相对电导率上升值明显小于不耐热品种,而叶片相对含水量、叶片可溶性总蛋白含量上升值均比不耐热品种高,这些生理指标的变化与荚蒾品种的耐热性有明显的相关性。这3种指标可以作为荚蒾属植物的耐热性筛选指标。 Effects of high temperature stress on relative relevant indices in 6 Viburnum species were investi- gated, such as relative electrolyte leakage, relative water content, and soluble proteins. The results showed that the relative electrolyte leakage in high-resistance varieties increased less than high-sensitive varieties, but the relative water content, the soluble proteins in the former increased higher than the later. Significant correlationships were observed between the ability of high temperature tolerance and the the physiological indexes. The 3 indexes might be suitable for selecting high temperature tolerant Viburnum speicies.
