弱势群体社会融入视角下的公共文化服务--以公共图书馆农民工服务为例

Public Cultural Service under the Perspective of Social Integration of Vulnerable Groups--Taking Public Libraries' Service for Migrant Workers as an Example

以社会排斥与社会融入为研究视角,概述了我国农民工群体现状,分析了农民工群体的社会排斥问题,初步构建了农民工市民化影响因素模型。认为公共图书馆应以促进弱势群体社会融入为使命,向以农民工为代表的弱势群体提供有针对性的优质服务,逐步消除弱势群体融入主流社会过程中的障碍。同时,提出公共图书馆应采取构建线下与线上相结合的泛在服务网络、举办培训、讲座与文化活动、加强社会合作,开展口述历史工作等举措,促进农民工融入城市社会。

Under the view of social exclusion and social inclusion of the vulnerable groups, this article gives an overview of the current situation of migrant workers in China, and analyzes the social exclusion of this group. Then, a model is presented which outlines the factors that have impact on citizenization of migrant workers. Public libraries are under a mission to promote the social inclusion of the vulnerable groups and shall provide targeted services to them so as to eliminate the obstacles to the integration of vulnerable groups into the mainstream society. According to above analysis, the article puts forward some measures which are helpful for the integration of migrant workers and the urban society.
