Discussion on Inclusive Financial Support for Taking Targeted Measures for Poverty Alleviation

从我国普惠金融发展现状入手,揭示我国普惠金融扶贫面临的主要问题,总结普惠金融扶贫"田东模式"的经验和不足,探讨了现阶段普惠金融支持精准扶贫的对策思路。构建普惠金融扶贫的长效机制,应变政府主导为政府引导,助推合理配置资源;强化普惠金融扶贫协同机制和政策联动创新;加强扶贫信息共享,建立动态信用评级;完善扶贫法律法规体系;推动产品创新,探索普惠扶贫新模式;加强金融基础设施建设,优化金融生态环境。

Starting from the development status quo of inclusive finance in China, this paper reveals the main problems confronted with inclusive financial support for poverty alleviation, summarizes the experiences and shortcomings of ＂ Tiandong Mode＂ in inclusive financial support for poverty alleviation, and discusses the countermeasures of inclusive financial support in stage. Proposals taking targeted measures for poverty alleviation at the present are made as follows： change government dominance into government guidance, strengthen the coordination mechanism of inclusive financial support for poverty enhance sharing information about support for poverty alleviation, legal system of poverty alleviation; promote product innovation, alleviation and the policy interactive innovation; and establish dynamic credit rating; improve the and explore a new mode of inclusive financial support for poverty alleviation; strengthen the financial infrastructure construction, optimize the financial ecological environment, so as to build a long-term mechanism for inclusive financial support for poverty alleviation.
