摘要
在"依法治国"背景之下,通过诠释高校与大学生之间的法律纠纷的内涵、类型,深入剖析产生此类法律纠纷的四种原因,并从法治视角提出四种解决校生法律纠纷的对策。
This paper discusses the connotation and types of the legal disputes between universities and students in the ＂rule of law＂ background. It is an in-depth analysis of the four kinds of causes of such legal disputes, and it puts forward four kinds countermeasures to deal with such disputes from the perspective of ＂rule of law＂.
