摘要
介绍了改造DF900D型架桥机的后支腿和导梁吊机以适应1-100 m下承式钢管拱桥的结构尺寸,使架桥机爬行通过钢管拱桥后继续进行架梁作业的施工方法,总结此型号架桥机通过类似有限制结构物的施工经验,针对施工过程中的关键项目控制点进行分析,制定有效的管控措施,为以后类似工况施工提供借鉴。
This paper introduced the construction method of reforming the rear supporting leg,guiding beam and hanging machine of DF900 D type bridging machine to match with the structure size of 1-100 m below-bearing steel tubular arch bridge,and enabling the bridging machine to crawl through a steel tubular arch bridge for continuous beam-erecting. It summed up the construction experience of such type of bridging machine passing through the similar restricted structure,analyzed the key project control points during construction and formulated effective control measures,which could provide a reference for the construction of similar conditions in the future.
