摘要
介绍了冬期架梁时,桥梁支座砂浆养护采用蒸汽发生器配合保温盒进行蒸汽养护,蒸汽发生器采用架桥机220 V电压作为电源,产生蒸汽充沛,满足砂浆养护期间需要的温度和湿度;通过蒸汽养护完成的桥梁支座砂浆表面平整无裂纹,各项性能指标满足规范要求,保证了工程质量,有效地加快了砂浆的早期强度,缩短了运架设备的等待时间,提高了效率。
During the construction of beam-erecting in winter,the bridge bearing mortar was maintained by adopting the steam generator with the thermal insulation box for steam curing. The 220 V voltage of bridging machine was used as the power source of steam generator,it could produce abundant steam and meet the needs of temperature and humidity during mortar curing. After steam curing,the surface of bridge bearing mortar was smooth and crack-free,and the performance indexes met the specification requirements,which ensured the quality of the project,effectively increased the early strength of mortar,shortened the waiting time of transporting and erecting equipment,and improved the efficiency.
