引水隧洞衬砌施工堵头板改进技术研究

摘要 在隧洞二次衬砌混凝土施工中,往往需要用到堵头板来堵挡浇筑的混凝土以形成规则断面,而按照常规采用钢模板与短钢筋组合托平止水带的施工方式组装比较费时费力,且止水带不能牢固地被固定。为了解决该问题给现场施工造成的不便,通过现场对堵头板模具的多次改进和研究,最终制造出了集堵头板与固定止水带为一身的新式钢性堵头板。实践表明,该堵头板能够有效减少堵头板组装施工时间、牢固固定中埋式止水带并且能够重复利用,达到了预期的目的。 Bulkheading board is often required to plug the placed concrete to form a regular section in the tunnel construction of secondary lining concrete. However,with the combination of conventional using steel template and short reinforced bar to flatten the sealing strip is time-consuming,laborious and the sealing strip fails to be fixed firmly. In order to solve the inconvenience for the site construction caused by the problem,through on-site improvement and research on bulkheading board mould for many times,finally a new type of rigid bulkheading board is produced which combines with bulkheading board and fixed sealing strip. Practice shows that the bulkheading board can effectively reduce the assembly construction time,firmly fix the embedded type sealing strip and be able to reuse. It has achieved the desired purpose.
