摘要 新建北京至沈阳铁路客运专线设计速度为350 km/h,设计采用先张法CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构形式。CRTSⅢ型先张法轨道板具有一次性成型、工艺新、精度高等特点,包括预应力体系设计、钢筋、混凝土及封锚材料以及制造等一系列新工艺、新材料和新技术,需要在施工中结合工程实际做进一步的研究,来优化施工工艺,加快施工进度,确保工程质量。本技术采用多套固定台座模具联合整体张拉、养护、放张的施工工艺,通过汲取CRTSⅡ、Ⅲ型轨道板施工工艺经验,创新使用带锚固板的先张预应力体系。该技术通过在京沈客专苏家屯板场CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道先张法轨道板的预制生产中的成功应用,取得显著的经济、社会和环保效益,实现了先张法轨道板在350 km/h客运专线上的首次规模化应用,为同类产品的预制提供了生产经验和技术支持。 The newly-built Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line is designed as 350 km / h and uses pretensioned CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track structure. CRTSⅢ pretensioned track slab has some particular characteristics,such as one-time production,innovative process and high accuracy. It also includes a series of novel processes,materials and technologies for prestressing system design,steel reinforcement,concrete,sealing materials and manufacture,which need to be studied further during actual construction for optimizing construction process,speeding up construction progress and ensuring project quality. This technology uses multiple sets of fixed base moulds together with integral tension,maintenance and release,and learns from CRTSⅡ and CRTSⅢ track slab construction process for innovating pretensioned prestressing system with anchor plate. It succeeds in the prefabrication construction of CRTSⅢ ballastless track pretensioned track slab for Sujiatun board yard of Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line,and achieves significant economic,social and environmental benefits. Meanwhile,it makes the first large-scale application of pretensioned track slab for passenger dedicated line railway with 350 km / h,and provides construction experience and technical support for prefabrication construction of the similar products.
