摘要 为了自密实混凝土拌和物能经过密集钢筋充满整个模板内空间,自密实混凝土必须具有高抗离析性又能容易流动通过障碍的性能。通过对时速350 km京沈客专辽宁段TJ-13标CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土配合比设计及施工,总结了自密实混凝土配合比设计中注意的一些要点,针对配合比设计及施工中的常见问题进行分析,并提出了应对措施,以供工程实践中参考使用。 To make the self-compacting concrete mixture through intensive reinforcement bars flow over the entire space inside the template,self-compacting concrete must have high resistance of segregation and the performance of easy to flow into an obstacle. Based on the self-compacting concrete proportioning design and construction of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track in Lot TJ-13 of Liaoning section at the speed of 350 km / h Beijing-Shenyang Passenger-dedicated Line,this paper summarized some points needing attention in the design of the self-compacting concrete mixture ratio,analyzed the common problems in the mixture ratio design and construction,and put forward some countermeasures,hoping to offer a reference for engineering practice.
