Study on CRTSⅢ Slab Ballastless Track Structure Technology

CRTSⅢ型先张板式无砟轨道是具有中国自主知识产权的新型轨道结构,具有稳定性高、刚度均匀性好、结构耐久性强等优点,在京沈客专首次推广应用。文章总结论述桥梁段CRTSⅢ型先张板式无砟轨道成套施工技术,重点介绍底座板浇筑、轨道板精调、自密实混凝土灌筑等关键工序控制要点,为类似工程提供施工参考。

CRTSⅢ pre-tensioned slab ballastless track,as a new structure with China＇s independent intellectual property rights,was first extended and utilized in Beijing-Shenyang Passenger-dedicated Line. It has the advantages of high stability,good uniform stiffness and strong structural durability. This paper summarized the construction technology of CRTSⅢpre-tensioned slab ballastless track in bridge section,focused on the key process control points of the base plate placing,track slab fine adjustment and self-compacting concrete pouring,it provided the reference for similar projects.
