高考新政下高中课改的评价、问题与策略——基于浙江省的实践与探索 被引量:56

The Evaluation,Problems and Strategies of High School Curriculum Reform under the New Policy of College Entrance Examination——Based on Practice and Exploration in Zhejiang Province

摘要 浙江省新一轮高考改革旨在落实"选择性教育"理念,助推和倒逼深化高中课改。高考新政有效促进了高中课改,"必修分层、选修分类、体艺分项"成为新常态,"一校一方案、一生一课表",多样化、特色化发展成为浙江高中教育大趋势。但高中课改也面临新的问题和挑战,"选课走班"遭遇教育资源短缺,教师队伍出现结构性矛盾和潮汐现象,传统教学考核和绩效评估失效,原教学秩序受到冲击,对"学业负担"问题又起争议。为此,要坚持以问题为导向,加大政府投入与统筹,提升教师专业素养,完善高考改革方案,创新教育管理模式,推行"有限选择"策略,强化综合素质评价和生涯规划等举措,实现育人模式的根本转变。 The new round of college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province aims to implement the idea of "alternative education", and boosts to deepen the reform of high school curriculum. The new policy of college entrance examination effectively promotes the high school curriculum reform, "compulsory stratification, elective classification, sports & arts categorization" become the new normal. The diversification and specialization development with "one school one program, one student one schedule" become the trend of high school education in Zhejiang. However, high school curriculum reform is also facing new problems and challenges. "Optional class system" suffered a shortage of educational resources, teachers met with the strnctnral contradictions and tidal phenomenon, traditional teaching evaluation and performance assessment failed, the original order of teaching was impacted, and the problem of "academic burden" was disputed again. Therefore, it is necessary to be problem-oriented, increase government investment and planning, enhance the professional quality of teachers, improve the college entrance examination reform program, innovate educational management models, implement the strategy of "limited choice", strengthen the comprehensive quality evaluation and career planning, and achieve a fundamental change in cultivating mode.
