基于3D打印的数控渐进反向成形组合式支撑

Combined support for CNC incremental negative forming based on 3D printing

摘要 为克服传统的整体式支撑不能重复使用,并且基于数控铣削方式或3D打印方式的整体式支撑制作时间长、材料浪费多的问题,提出一种基于3D打印的数控渐进反向成形组合式支撑制作方法。该组合式支撑对于不同形状板材件的成形只需要更换凹模曲面板而其他部件不需要更换,通过增减支撑壁叠块来调整支撑的高度,以适应不同成形深度的板材件。给出了组合式支撑的结构及工作原理并制作出实际支撑。基于组合式支撑的成形实验结果表明,该组合式支撑具有可应用性。 In order to overcome the problems that the traditional integral support could not be reused and the process of the integral support based on CNC(Computer Numerical Control) milling or 3D printing cost a long time and consumed excessive materials,a new method of CNC incremental negative forming combined support device based on 3D printing was proposed.The combined support device could form different shapes of sheet metal parts by only changing the die curve surface plate and different heights by changing support parts to adjust support height.Furthermore,the structure and working principle of the combined support were given,and an actual support was conducted.Based on the combined support of forming,the experimental results show that the combined support is of applicability.
