NF-κB和HBD-2的表达情况与宫腔粘连的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)和β-防御素2(HBD-2)表达与宫腔粘连的关系。方法选取治疗的51例宫腔粘连患者的子宫内膜作为观察组,同时选取42例正常内膜组织作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学检测2组NF-κB和HBD-2表达水平,RT-PCR检测NF-κB mRNA和HBD-2 mRNA表达。结果 NF-κB在观察组中的高表达比例为80.39%明显高于对照组的11.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HBD-2在观察组中的高表达比例为94.12%,明显高于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同程度宫腔粘连患者NF-κB和HBD-2高表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组NF-κB mRNA与HBD-2 mRNA相对表达量分别为(9.56±2.27)和(9.60±2.31),明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB和HBD-2在宫腔粘连内膜组织中呈高表达,两者可能与宫腔粘连的发生发展有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of nuclear factor B ( NF-κB), βdefensin 2 ( HBD-2 ) and intrauterine adhesion. Methods Fifty-one patients with intrauterine adhesion who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were served as observation group, at the same time,42 healthy subjects with normal endometrial tissues were served as control group. The expression levels of NF-κB mRNA and HBD-2 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Results The high-expression proportion of NF-κB in observation group was 80.39% ,which was significantly higher than that (11.90% ) in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , moreover, the high -expression proportion of HBD-2 in observation group was 94.12% , which was significantly higher than that ( 16.67% ) in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . However there was no significant difference in the high - expression proportion of NF-κB and HBD-2 in patients with intrauterine adhesion at different degrees ( P 〈 0.05) 5). The relative expression levels of NF-κB mRNA and HBD-2 mRNA in observation group were 9.56 ±2.27 and 9.60 ± 2.31, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high-expressions of NF-κB and HBD-2 exist in endometrium of patients with intrauterine adhesion, and both factors may be correlated to the pathogenesis and development of intrauterine adhesion.
