摘要
通过搭建风量可调的直膨式制冷系统实验台,解决了实验台设计及搭建过程中存在的一些问题,确定了较为稳定和完善的控制和数据采集系统,提供了交互式的仿真界面。设计了一种能部分验证系统性能的实验方案,测试了实验系统变频压缩机不同工况下处理潜热和显热负荷的能力,对建立的各个模型进行了实验验证。根据实验结果修正了部分模型,验证了该实验台系统的精确性和稳定性。
Builds an adjustable air volume direct-expansion refrigeration system experiment rig, solves some problems in the design and constructing process of the experiment rig, determines more stable and perfect control and data acquisition system, and provides an interactive simulation interface. Designs a kind of experimental scheme that can partly validate system performance, tests the ability of frequency conversion compressor dealing with latent heat and sensible heat loads under different conditions, and verifies the various models by experiment. Based on the test results, modifies some models and verifies the accuracy and stability of the system.
