放射性碘标记MIBG在儿童神经母细胞瘤诊治中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 神经母细胞瘤(NB)属于神经内分泌性肿瘤,是儿童颅外最常见的恶性肿瘤,123/131I—MIBG全身显像诊断儿童NB及其复发转移灶的准确性高,是其分期和疗效评价的标准方法。131I-MIBG同时可用于难治性(高危及晚期)儿童NB及其复发、转移的治疗,与化疗、干细胞移植联合可缓解NB复发。笔者主要综述了123/131I-MIBG诊治儿童NB的临床应用及目前存在的问题。 As a type of neuroendocrine tumors, neuroblastoma (NB) is the most common extra-cra- nial solid tumor of childhood. 123/131 I-MIBG scintigraphy is a standard imaging modality in staging and evalu- ating therapeutic effect of pediatric NB with high accuracy. 131 I-MIBG treatment is effective for children with high-risk and relapsed/refractory NB. Combined with chemotherapy, stem cell transplantation, 131I-MIBG treatment shows efficacy in decreasing the relapse of pediatric NB. This review summarizes the application of MIBG scintigraphy and ,131I-MIBG treatment for pediatric NB.
