沙雷氏菌PFMP-5发酵条件的优化 被引量:1

摘要 利用生防菌防治温室大棚根结线虫已逐渐成为当前保护地栽培蔬菜病害防控治理的一种新方法。试验主要对山西农业大学植物病理学重点实验室分离得到的对根结线虫有明显防效的生防细菌菌株PFMP-5的发酵条件进行优化。结果表明,最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为蛋白胨,最适合菌株的发酵时间为30 h,最佳p H值为7,最佳发酵温度为28℃,最佳接种量为5%,最佳装液量为150 m L,最佳转速为180 r/min,最佳Na Cl浓度为6%。 Biocontrol of root-knot nematodes(Meloidogyne) by bacteria has become a new method of vegetable disease management in greenhouse. A bacterial strain PFMP-5 isolated with high preventive and therapeutic effect to root-knot nematodes. In this paper, the optimum composition of culture medium and cultivation parameters of strain PFMP-5 was studied. The result showed that the optimum condition were as following: the optimal carbon source was sucrose, the optimal nitrogen source was peptone, the optimal ferment time was 30 hours, the best p H was 7, the optimal ferment temperature was 28 ℃, the proportion of inoculum was 5%, the ideal volume was 150 m L, the rotation speed was 180 r/min and the best Na Cl concentration was 6%.
