摘要
通过PY-M3微生物絮凝剂和PY-F6微生物絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂(Al Cl3和PAC)的复配试验,考察了处理高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效果,并采用正交试验研究了PAC投加量、PY-F6微生物絮凝剂投加量、絮凝剂投加顺序和废水pH值对荧光增白剂生产废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,复配可以明显减少二者的投加量,提高絮凝率,其中,PY-F6微生物絮凝剂与PAC复配效果最佳,当PY-F6微生物絮凝剂投加量为15 m L/L,PAC投加量为20 m L/L时,絮凝率高达99.46%;当废水p H值为5,PY-F6微生物絮凝剂投加量为40 m L/L,PAC投加量为60 m L/L,投加顺序为先投加PAC时,荧光增白剂废水浊度去除效果最好。
The complexation of MBFPY-M3, MBFPY-F6 and inorganic flocculant Al Cl3, PAC were used to study on the flocculation efficiency for treating Kaolin suspension. The orthogonal factors were used to determine the dosage of PAC, the order of flocculation, p H and the dosage of MBFPY-F6 on the degradation of fluorescent whitening agent wastewater. The results showed that the complexation of microbial flocculant and inorganic flocculant could decrease their dosage, increase flocculating rate. The best combination was MBFPY-F6 and PAC, when the dosage of PY-F6 was 15 m L/L and PAC was 20 m L/L, the flocculation efficiency was 99.46%.Fluorescent whitening agent had the best effect on turbidity removal at the conditions: p H was 5, the dosage of MBFPY-F6 was 40 m L/L,the dosage of PAC was 60 m L/L and PAC were dosed before MBFPY-F6.
