摘要
目的了解新生儿专科护士培训班学员的专业能力现状及其影响因素,为新生儿专科护士培训提供客观依据。方法采用闭卷理论考试及自评式问卷相结合的方法,采用组间单因素方差分析及SNK-q检验比较不同组间护士的专业能力。结果基础护理技能单项得分(2.47±0.57)分,新生儿重症护理技能(1.49±0.80)分,新生儿外科护理技能(0.76±0.51)分,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。新生儿内外科护士得分明显高于普通儿科病房护士得分。随着工作年限的延长,职称的晋升及学历的提高,各项得分也明显提高。儿童专科医院得分高于其他类别医院,三甲医院高于其他级别医院。结论新生儿科护士重症护理技能及外科护理技能较为缺乏,专科护士培训班是提升专业技能的理想途径。
Objective To investigate the professional ability of neonatal specialty nurse and analysis its influencing factors,and to provide objective basis for neonatal specialty nurse training.Methods A total of 179 neonatal specialty nurses attending the Chongqing neonatal specialty nurse advanced training class were investigated by theory examination and self-designed questionnaire.The nurses′professional ability between different groups were analyzed by the one-way analysis of variance and SNK-q multiple comparison.Results In the neonatal nursing practical skill,the mean score of basic caring skill was 2.47±0.57,while the neonatal intensive caring skill was 1.49±0.80 and the neonatal surgical caring skill was 0.76±0.51.The difference among the groups was significant(F=96.21,P〈0.001).Nurses belonged to the neonatal wards have higher score than whose belonged to the general pediatric department.And nurses with older seniority,higher professional title,better educational background and working in children′s hospital and top three hospital have higher score.Conclusion The neonatal specialty nurses′basic caring skill is at a good level,but neonatal intensive caring skill and neonatal surgical caring skill are relatively defective.Professional ability was affected by working department,seniority,professional title,the category of hospital and level of education background.The training course is an optimal choice to improve the neonatal specialty nurses′professional ability.
