摘要
利用ANSYS Fluent软件研究了某钢铁企业100t复吹转炉底吹透气砖分布对钢水的流场和混匀时间的影响。计算结果表明,当底吹透气砖位置不同时,转炉内钢水的流场分布也不相同。在总吹气量(100m^3/h)相同的情况下,2块底吹透气砖对角布置时钢水混匀时间最短,为204s,其次为4块底吹透气砖平面对称布置,钢水混匀时间为255S。
The influence of the distribution of bottom blown permeable bricks on the flow field and mixing time of the molten steel in 100 t top-bottom combined blown converter were studied by using the ANSYS Fluent software. The results showed that the flow field distribution of the molten steel was different with the difference of the distribution of bottom blown permeable bricks. Under the same condition of 100 m3/h total bottom gas flow rate, the mixing time of the molten steel was 204 s, which was the shortest when the two bottom blown permeable bricks distributed diagonally, while the mixing time was 255 s when the four bottom blown permeable bricks distributed plane symmetrically.
