注水式肠镜在肠镜检查中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对注水式结肠镜与注气式结肠镜在肠镜检查中的对比研究,探讨注水式结肠镜的效果。方法纳入2015年9月至2016年9月本院门诊肠镜检查患者共300例,其中注水组150例,注气组150例,两组在性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)等一般临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),主要观察指标为肠镜到盲率、压袢率、腹痛评分、到盲时间及息肉检出率。结果注水组与注气组相比,压袢率低,腹痛评分低,进镜时间长,病变检出率更高,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组到盲率相似,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论注水式肠镜能减少操作中患者的腹痛,增加病变检出率,值得在基层医院推广应用。
