心脏康复日益受到关注,心血管事件发生后,心脏康复和药物辅助是两个相辅相成的环节。心脏康复作为心血管病治疗与护理不可分割的一部分,正在日趋完善和规范,心脏康复延续性护理的主要内容包括:全面护理评估,运动训练,戒烟,体重、血糖、血压和脂质的管理,改变生活方式,营养咨询,心理指导和健康教育等,本文将冠心病介入治疗患者心脏康复延续性护理国内外的最新进展做一综述。

Cardiac rehabilitation is increasingly important. After cardiovascular disease events, cardiac rehabilita- tion and medication are two complementary aspects. As an integral part of the treatment and care of cardiovascular dis- ease, cardiac rehabilitation is gradually updated and standard. The measures of Cardiac rehabilitation transitional care mainly includes comprehensive nursing assessment, sports training, smoking cessation, the management of weight, blood glucose, blood pressure and lipid , lifestyle changes, nutritional counseling, psychological nursing and health education, and so on. In this paper,the latest advances for cardiac rehabilitation transitional care in coronary heart disease patients with PCI at home and abroad was reviewed.
