学生公寓是学生学习、活动、交流、生活与职业素养养成的重要场所，是学校开展思政教育、日常管理、服务和职业素养养成的重要阵地，鉴于高职教育生源滑坡的现状，高职院校必须抢占学生公寓教育阵地，通过创新公寓导师制构建公寓育人的长效机制，促进高职学生成长、成才。

An apartment is an important place for students＇ learning ,activities and communication ,life and professional accomplishment as well in colleges, and also is an important position for colleges to carry out ideological and political education, daily management, service and professional accomplishment, in view of the status quo of students＇ quality declining in higher vocational education, the higher vocational colleges must seize the students education in apartments through innovating the long - term mechanism of the tutorial system of educating students in a- partments so as to promote the growth and development of students in higher vocational colleges.
