摘要
现有的变电站配电装置设计方案研究与比选都是基于全寿命周期成本理论(LCC)进行的,未考虑设计方案的安全与效能因素。为此,提出一种基于安全效能成本指标(SEC)的变电站配电装置设计方案评选方法;然后基于所提出的SEC评估方法对某220 kV变电站工程中配电装置AIS和户外GIS 2种设计方案进行比选。根据对比结果,推荐某220 kV变电站配电装置采用户外GIS方案,并对2种不同配电装置设计方案的应用条件提出建议。
The existing research and selection of design scheme for distribution device in substation is based on the theory of life cycle cost(LCC), but the safety and efficiency factor of the design scheme is not taken into account. To this end, this paper proposes a security efficiency cost (SEC) index based selection method for substation power distribution device design scheme. In addition, the design schemes for AIS and outdoor GIS distribution device in a 220 kV substation are compared by using the SEC based method. According to the results, the paper recommends that 220 kV substation distribution device adopts the outdoor GIS scheme, and puts forward the application conditions of the two different distribution device design schemes.
