摘要 分布式电源的接入在改变配电网潮流分布的同时也加剧了电压波动。首先,在给定负荷节点和分布式电源节点功率波动范围的条件下,推导了基于区间数的含DG配电网电压波动计算方法;并在此基础上建立了以网损最小和电压波动最小为优化目标的配电网多目标、多约束重构模型;然后提出一种改进自适应遗传算法(IAGA)来求解上述重构模型,该算法可以针对传统遗传算法的早熟、不收敛等问题加以改进;最后,利用IEEE 33节点标准算例验证了上述重构模型的实用性,并且通过多次寻优测试,证明了改进自适应遗传算法具有较高的寻优效率和寻优成功率。 Distributed generation not only changes the power flow of distribution network, but also increases the voltage fluctuation. Firstly, according to the known power fluctuation range of load nodes and DG nodes, this paper deduces the calculation method of the voltage fluctuation of the distribution network with DG based on interval number, and establishes a multi-objective and multi- constraint reconfiguration model of the distribution network on the target of minimum network loss and minimum voltage fluctuation. Then the paper proposes an improved adaptive genetic algorithm (IAGA) to solve the model, avoiding premature convergence problem in traditional genetic algorithm. At last, this paper verifies the practicability of the reconflguration model by the IEEE 33- node standard example, and carries out multiple optimization tests to prove that the IAGA has high optimization efficiency and optimization success rate.
