协同治理视角下基金会开展儿童医疗救助研究——基于Z基金会J项目的案例分析

Foundation's Involvements in Medical Assistance for Child from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance: A Case Study of J Program of Z Foundation

近年来,协同治理作为一种多元共治的治理安排被广泛运用于公共管理的研究和实践中,倡导建立信任关系、达成共识并履行协同过程。本研究以基金会开展儿童医疗救助作为研究对象,分析了基金会在开展儿童医疗救助过程中如何与其他参与主体建立协同关系并开展协同救助。为了深度剖析基金会开展儿童医疗救助活动的协同治理逻辑,本研究采用了案例研究的方法,引入Z基金会J项目作为研究个案,通过参与式观察和访谈搜集资料,用协同治理的理论分析案例中各参与方的协同动机和协同关系,并总结了协同经验和协同阻碍。

In recent years,collaborative governance as a multi-governance arrangement has been widely used in the research and practice of public management. It advocates the establishment of a trust relationship,reaching a consensus and performing a collaborative process. This study takes charity foundations＇ involvements in medical assistance for child as the research object and analyzes how the foundation established a collaborative relationship with other participants and carried out collaborative assistance in the process of providing medical assistance to children with severe diseases.
