摘要
应用系统动力学的研究方法,构建合作创新网络破坏事件对个体集体学习影响的系统动力学模型,使用Vensim PLE软件进行系统仿真,并进行变量总体分析。主要研究结果显示,从长期来看,一定程度的破坏事件能够增加技术创新网络中的集体知识并最终提升组织绩效,但会持续减少技术创新网络中的个体知识。研究结论可以从更深层次揭示网络破坏事件对知识影响的内在规律,能够对企业网络化合作创新及知识转移提供理论指导。
The research method of the application of system dynamics, to build cooperative innovation network failure event system dynamics model of the impact of individual collective learning, using Vensim PLE system simulation software, and carry on overall analysis of variables. Research results show that, in the long run, a certain degree of damage events can increase the collective knowledge in technological innovation network and ultimately promote the performance of the organization, but will continue to reduce the individual knowledge in technological innovation network. Research conclusion from the deeper to light the inherent law of network failure events affect knowledge, can the enterprise networked cooperative innovation and knowledge transfer to provide theoretical guidance.
