摘要
研究了激光焊接工艺对2mm厚430铁素体不锈钢钢带焊接的影响,分析了铁素体不锈钢激光焊接的组织转变以及力学性能变化规律。结果表明,相对于传统MIG焊,铁素体不锈钢激光焊接所得焊缝热影响区域更窄且晶粒长大程度相对更小,焊缝抗拉强度优于母材,显微硬度值相对母材有显著地提升。激光焊接过程中,在合适的正面和背面保护下,焊缝折弯性能有明显改善。激光焊接可成功应用于2mm厚430铁素体不锈钢钢带的焊接。
In this paper, the influence of laser welding technology on welding of 430 ferritic stainless steel band with thickness of 2 mm was studied. The rule of microstructural transformation and change of mechanical properties were analyzed in this paper. The results shows that ferritic stainless steel welds acquired by laser welding have more narrow heat-affected zone, and much smaller grain comparative to that acquired by conventional MIG welding. The tensile strength and microhardness of welds were both better than that of base metal. With proper front and back protection of weld during laser welding, the bending strength could be improved obviously. Laser welding could be successfully applied to welding of 430 ferritic stainless steel with thickness of 2 mm.
