摘要
针对西南某电厂4台300 MW燃煤发电"W"火焰锅炉脱硝提效方案进行技术经济比较,通过常规不同脱硝技术路线的组合,在变化催化剂的加装体积量的条件下进行比较,得出采用LNB+SNCR+SCR可以有效提高"W"火焰锅炉达标排放的可靠性,但会导致脱硝系统的进一步复杂化。同时在初期按照超低排放的要求加装催化剂,可以弱化由于催化剂失效后每次加装不同体积催化剂带来的工作量。
The technical & economic comparison is carried out between the different programs of denitration efficiency enhancement for four 300-MW W-flame boilers of a coal-fired power plant in southwestern China. By comparing the combinations of different conventional denitration techniques under the conditions of varying catalyst volumes, it is concluded that the combination of LNB +SNCR +SCR can improve the reliability of NO., emission within the prescribed standard effectively but make the denitration system more complicated. If the catalyst volume is added in accordance with the needs of ultra-low emissions at the beginning, the workload of reloading will be reduced when the catalyst is invalid.
