穴位埋线对运动性疲劳模型大鼠肝肾功能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of point embedding therapy on the liver and kidney functions of sports fatigue rats

摘要 采用递增跑台训练的方法构建运动性疲劳大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为埋线Ⅰ组、埋线Ⅱ组、空白组、跑台组、埋线跑台Ⅰ组、埋线跑台Ⅱ组,并对各组大鼠肝脏、肾脏进行采集及相关生化指标的测定。结果显示:对于运动性疲劳大鼠,穴位埋线可抑制肾脏指数升高(P<0.05),并能显著降低谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平(P<0.01),降低肌酐(CREA)、UREA水平及皮质醇(CORT)浓度(P<0.05)。结果表明:穴位埋线可在不同程度上保护疲劳大鼠肝肾功能免受损害,从而改善机体耐力,使失衡的功能关系趋向正常化和表达最大化。 The experiment was designed to study the effect of point embedding therapy on the liver and kidney functions of sports fatigue rats. The rat model of fatigue experiment were randomized into point embedding therapy group I , point embedding therapy group Ⅱ, blank group, running platform group,embedded wire running platform group I, embedded wire running platform groupⅡ. The exercise models were set up by progressing intensity endurance training, and liver and kid- ney of rats were collected to determine the related biochemical indexes at the same time. The re- sults showed that embedding therapy decreased the serum alanine amiotransferase (ALT) and as- pirate aminotransferase (AST) (P〈0.01), reduced the concentration of CREA, UREA and CORT (P〈0. 05) ,and inhibited kidney index increased (P〈0.05). But our investigations showed that point embedding therapy can protect liver and kidney function from damage for fatigue rat in some degree,can improve endurance of sports fatigue rats,and make the functional imbalance tend to normality.
