摘要 以高级工程塑料聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)为基料制备了石墨烯纳米碎片(Gnps)复合防腐蚀涂料。采用光学照相机和接触角测定仪表征了涂层的物理性能。采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察复合涂层的表面形貌,采用能谱分析Gnps在复合涂层中的分布情况。利用浸泡试验和电化学技术研究了含不同量Gnps的PEI基复合防腐蚀涂层对Q235B钢在3.5%NaCl(质量分数)溶液中耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:加入Gnps能明显改善PEI基防腐蚀涂层的耐蚀性,当Gnps的质量分数为1%时,涂层的耐蚀性最好。 Using polyetherimide (PEI) as filmogen,graphene nano pieces (Gnps) composite coating was prepared. The physical properties, surface morphology and Gnps distribution in the Gnps composite coating were investigated using contact angle measurement instrument, optical camera, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum. Corrosion resistance of the Gnps composite coating on Q235B steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated using electrochemical technology and immersion test. The results showed that, by adjusting the concentration of Gnps in the anti-corrosion coatings, the coating corrosion resistance was improved. The anti-corrosion coating with the Gnps concentration of 1 % showed the best anticorrosion performance.
