自修复混凝土的制备及其抗渗性能和抗盐冻性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Anti Permeability and Anti Salt Freezing-thawing on the Concrete of Self-repairing Concrete

摘要 以氯化胆碱为促进剂,超细二氧化硅为活化剂,沸石粉为反应助剂,52.5号普通硅酸盐水泥为粘结剂,石英砂为结构增强剂,将上述原料搅拌混匀后,与水按照质量比0.4∶1配置成混凝土用修复剂,涂覆于混凝土试件表面,标准养护后得到自修复混凝土试件。考察了自修复混凝土的抗渗性能和抗盐冻性。结果表明:自修复混凝土的抗渗性和抗盐冻性得到了明显的改善,自修复混凝土的一次抗渗压力和二次抗渗压力均明显高于基准混凝土的,在NaCl溶液中,经冻融循环200次后,自修复混凝土的质量损失率较基准混凝土的减少了45%,其相对动弹模量较基准混凝土的下降趋势更缓。 The self-repairing concrete was prepared using choline chloride as accelerant, ultrafine silicon dioxide as activating agent, zeolite powder as reaction assistant, 52. 5# ordinary portland cement as binder and quartz sand as structural enhancer to form a mixture, after stirring evenly, adding water in accordance with the proportion of 0.4 water: 1 mixture to corrfect a concrete repair agent, and then ia was coated on the concrete surface to get selfrepairing concrete. The anti permeability and anti salt freeze-thawing performance of the self-reparing concret were investigated. The results show that the anti permeability and anti salt performance of the self-repairing concrete were significantly improved, the anti seepage pressure and secondary impermeability pressure were both significantly higher than the benchmark concrete' s. In NaCl solution, after 200 times of freezing and thawing cycle, the self repairing concrete quality loss rate reduced 45 % than the benchmark concrete' s, the relative dynamic elastic modulus declined more slowly than the benchmark concrete' s.
