摘要 基于分级管理理论建立了覆盖全厂的材料防腐蚀大纲,分级管理包括环境分类和腐蚀性分级,材料分类及耐蚀性评价,腐蚀与防护工作开展程度,防腐蚀大纲可执行项目组织规划等内容。实践证明分级管理效果良好,在资源有限的情况下能使防腐蚀工作重点突出,为其他核电厂提供了材料防腐蚀的参考经验。 The equipment anticorrosion program technology system covering the whole plant based on the theory of classification management was built. Classification management includes the classification of environment and corrosion, the materials classification and corrosion resistance evaluation, the development degree of corrosion and protection work, the organization of equipment anticorrosion program, etc. Practice has proved that the classification management effect is good, in the case of limited resources it is conducive to highlighting the focus of anticorrosion work, it provides reference experience for other nuclear power plants.
