单级跨音压气机非定常伴随气动优化 被引量:3

Unsteady Adjoint Aerodynamic Optimization of a Transonic Compressor Stage

摘要 在多排叶轮机械中,动静叶干涉会在流场中产生强烈的非定常效应。公开文献中现有的多排叶轮机械气动优化设计均采用基于混合平面法的定常模型,无法考虑流动的非定常特性。本文采用课题组自行开发的多排叶轮机械非定常伴随气动优化系统,对某单级跨音压气机动叶进行了非定常气动优化设计,优化过程中采用谐波平衡法高效求解非定常流场和非定常伴随场。优化目标为降低压气机级的进出口熵增,同时限制流量和压比不低于原始设计,并控制叶片最大厚度的变化幅度。优化结果表明,本文伴随气动优化系统能够高效地对多排叶轮机械进行非定常气动优化设计。 In multi-row turbomachinery,the blade row interactions would impose strong unsteadiness in the flow field.However,to the authors' best knowledge,all previous works on the aerodynamic optimization of multi-row turbomachinery are based on the steady mixing-plane model,which is not able to capture the unsteady flow features.In this work,the unsteady aerodynamic optimization of a transonic compressor stage is carried out with an in-house adjoint aerodynamic optimization system for multi-row turbomachinery.The harmonic balance method is used to efficiently solve the unsteady flow equations and the unsteady adjoint equations.The optimization target is to minimize the entropy generation from the stage inlet to the outlet,with no-decreasing mass flow rate and total pressure ratio.An additional geometric constraint is applied on the variation magnitude of the maximum blade thickness.Results show the efficiency and capability of the unsteady adjoint aerodynamic optimization system for multi-row turbomachinery.
