摘要
本文自主研制了不锈钢水环路热管并开展实验研究,观察环路热管在循环变化功率下的运行特性,对比分析了不同循环功率下环路热管的运行特性。实验结果表明:环路热管在不同实验工况下均具有良好的可重复性和较稳定的热输运性能;在较高的循环功率下,环路热管的稳定运行温度较高,温度响应较为迅速,但整体循环周期可能较长;变功率后环路热管各部分的温度变化与功率变化前的温度分布和汽液分布都有着密切的联系;输入功率突降会导致环路内液体工质短时间内倒流。
Experiments were conducted to investigate heat transfer characteristics of loop heat pipe(LHP) made of stainless steel with water as working fluids.The heat transfer characteristic with a cyclic changing of the heat load have been contrasted and analyzed.Results have shown that the LHP demonstrated stable operating characteristics and rapidly response to the changing of heat loads.The temperature variation of each part after the heat load changed was closely connected with the temperature and vapor-water distribution before the changing of heat load.
