数字信息时代高校图书馆纸质馆藏的价值与服务对策

The Value and Service Countermeasures of Print Resources in the University Library in the Digital Information Ages

[目的/意义]近年来,各高校图书馆纸质文献借阅量逐年递减,致使纸质文献存在的价值与危机凸显。如何客观看待纸质馆藏的作用,是需要值得关注的重要问题。[方法/过程]对北京理工大学图书馆近3年(2013-2015年)的可外借纸质文献借阅量、文献利用率和借阅周期等情况进行统计,并对馆内纸质文献的流通现状以及存在的问题进行分析。[结果/结论]图书馆需要正视纸质馆藏危机,重视纸质馆藏建设,包括提出合理配置馆藏资源,加强借阅管理,改善馆舍环境,加强管理宣传、提升服务和加强资源共享共建等措施,营造全面推广阅读氛围,积极引导读者培养良好阅读习惯,提高馆藏文献利用率。

[ Purpose/significance] In recent years, the amount of borrowing is decreasing in most university librar-ies. This shows the value and crisis of print resources. How to look at the role of print resources objectively is an important issue to be paid attention to. [ Method/process]This paper counts the borrowing amount and utilization ratio of the paper documents can be borrowed in the library of Beijing Institute of Technology in recent 3 years （2013 - 2015 ）, and analyzes the existing issues. [ Result/conclusion] Libraries need to face up to the crisis and pay attention to the service of print re- sources. Some measures are put forward to create a sound reading atmosphere, guide readers to cultivate good reading hab- itsand increase the utilization rate of library collection, such as collocating document resources in reason , amending bor- rowing rules, and improving the library environment, publicity, service and resource sharing.
