Structural design on T1 tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub

摘要 沈阳宝能金融中心T1塔楼高565m,采用巨型空间斜撑外框架+劲性钢筋混凝土核心筒+外伸臂钢桁架结构体系,有效满足了该超高层结构的设计要求。通过合理地配置核心筒、外框结构的刚度及其连接构件,形成多重抗侧力结构体系,充分发挥了结构构件的效用,保证了结构的安全性。对结构进行了包括小震弹性、中震及大震弹塑性等深入细致的计算分析,结果表明结构具有良好的抗侧刚度和抗扭性能,可较好地满足抗震设计两阶段的性能目标。 The T1 tower of Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub is 565 m tall,which adopts mega spatial braced frame-stiff SRC corewall-outrigger steel truss structural system. It fully satisfies design requirements of the super high-rise building. By means of reasonably configuring stiffness of core walls,outer frames and connection members,multiple resistances to lateral force system can be established to fully utilize the structure members' property and ensure structural safety. Further calculation analyses on the structure were conducted including the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and elasticplastic analysis under fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. The results show that the tower structure has good lateral stiffness and torsional behavior,which can achieve the two-stage seismic performance objectives.
